Is the $195 price really final?

Yes — the $195 base price covers standard homes: a one-story roof of 15 squares or less. Your answers to the scheduling questions help us determine any additional charges based on the access, safety, and time your specific roof requires — things like extra stories or a steep pitch. You'll see an estimated total range before booking, and the technician will confirm the exact price on site before any work starts. No surprises.

What if you find bigger problems on the roof?

You get a written report with photos and honest recommendations. There's zero pressure to do anything else with us — if you'd like, we can quote larger repairs separately. The tune-up price stays the tune-up price.

How does emergency service work?

If water's getting in, we'll go out of our way to stop it — that's non-negotiable for us. We keep capacity open for active leaks and post-storm damage, including nights and weekends when a storm rolls through, so we can get out fast and stop water infiltration before it does real damage. Emergency tune-ups are scheduled by phone only — call us anytime at 703-399-1518 and we'll do what it takes to get someone out to you.

When will you actually come out for my scheduled tune-up?

You pick the appointment time when you book online — we show up at the time you selected. No vague "between 9 and 5" windows. If we need to reschedule for weather (rain, snow, ice), we'll call you the day before to set a new time at no charge.

Do you do tune-ups in winter?

Yes, weather permitting. We don't get on a roof in active rain, snow, or icing conditions. If your scheduled day gets storm-blown, we reschedule at no charge.

Can I bundle the roof and gutter tune-up?

Absolutely — and we'd recommend it. Mention it in the form's notes field and we'll combine the visit. We'll also bundle the pricing into one trip charge instead of two.
